I personally make sure that for facebook I do everything by hand. Using bots may leave some footprints that FB uses to ban you or restrict you far more quickly. Also always take care with selecting the right proxies, fb can detect that too which makes them suspicious of your activities as well

There are two problems with the said method The first is that facebook and group admins are getting stricter by the day! You will loose accounts pretty quickly! The second problem is to find actual groups that are active and not spammed to death already

Not wanna offend you but $44 USD is virtually nothing. Depending on the method that you are using, I'd probably go with domain + hosting. Then probably some accounts for social media like instagram and facebook to generate traffic from.

IFF you know how to get traffic then yes by all means go for it. You don't need to learn how to design ecom pages. There is a plethora of ready made code including the designs for you to use.
