I noticed when I increase cpc way above competitors I get higher quality traffic, all ad platforms always rewards those who are prepared to pay more for traffic as opposed to those looking for ways to pay lowest cpc/cpv.

This isn't uncommon, happens 2 in 5 appeals for me however they can get suspended again for no reason

You're not the only one, I have launched from 4 different accounts but no impressions even though eligible, strange thing is if you create video from google video creator within adwords it's gets impressions but not your actual video uploaded from your channel.

a bit late to add but he's right, newly created bing ads account with no payments method or campaign gets automatically banned within 24 hours, I have tested on all antidetect browsers you can dream of, they always copy Google, all they want is every new registrants to contact support etc.

Not necessarily true, one account of mine was suspended for 3 years after numerous appeals then out of no where I appealed again after 3 years and it got reinstated. There's hope.

You're not the only one as I too have noticed some issues with videos ads. it usually only shows 5-10 impressions per day no matter what you set cpv to or targeting, I just paused it for now till they fix the issue.
