Generally the rankings comes to a stable position in about 2 weeks or so. I have faced the same thing for many of my websites, it's an indication of increase in serps so congrats.

There are some links that are automatically created for your website, For example whois links, links in domain directory etc. There is no way to control these and they do not harm your website about SEO if not providing any profit.
