I addmit that have little or no experience doing SEO but I can not see what could go wrong with throwing some links to the domain. It already has more than 30k hq links, and another 100k can not hurt it. It will bring relevancy only (with anchors). Also will keep anchors under 3%... PS Reading...

Heh.I have no money to invest in building an authority site here and while I am typing this have nothing from it. Seems that only eterna gave me a good advice. If I have 10 domains like this one maybe pbn will be an option, but like I said, has no money to invest.

to Piree Hm, but many anchors (more than 90%) are brandable, domain name and general. Has many links from gov sites.
