Doubtful you would get banned but, as said above, I wouldn't be surprised if they were removed. I have actually never found a source of subs(free or bought) that was worth it. They will either leave or stay inactive. So just hide your sub count until you have enough. Buying views always worked...

You could make a website of your own and put ads up on it. That's what I do and it works quite well. Other options would be CPA offers, affiliate links, or shoutouts. It all really depends on your niche and audience though.

The Chrome plugin VidIQ tells you what MCN a channel is with when you are on a video page. But, as said in comments above, an MCN is not necessary for ads to be displayed.

CPA could also work.

I've never heard of someone getting banned for buying views. The current argument is that, if you would get banned, your competition could theoretically buy view on your video to get you banned. From what I have seen they will remove the views if they are low quality.

FollowLiker does look pretty good but I have not tried it myself. My personal recommendation would be MassPlanner if you have the funds for extra modules.

I believe he means to right click anywhere on the page, click "Inspect Element", and then click on the console tab. This will bring up the console where you can paste and execute the code gugun posted.
