if you try, they will ask you questions that you will not have an answer to.
after 90 days, it is relatively safe to call ebay and ask for limit increase
If the purchase was eligible for seller's protection,
then you will be protected and PayPal will eat the loss.
Else If the purchase was Not eligible for seller's protection,
then PayPal will take the money from your account.
