Question about auto favorites and retweets, is there a way to set up soon as a certain account tweets the other bots will automatically retweet and like it?

Question before buying the software. I see that it has mass favorite and retweet options. Is there a way too set up when a certain account tweets you can have your other accounts favorite and retweet it automatically, within minutes of the tweet?
