Samsung made and use their own component for their SSD. Sandisk uses Marvell controllers (on newer models). Used to be SandForce (on older models), which I've read lots of issues, regardless of you use it, Sandisk or Intel, SandForce issues are common even to other brands. Crucial, I don't know...

AFAIK, SSDs have write limit. I'm gonna use the SSD for OS and games only. All others, data, will be stored on an ordinary Hard Disk Drive. SSD for the OS. Data for HDD (2nd hard drive). Second drive will be plugged on a caddy as I'll be using the drives on a laptop.
