Since majority of advertisers would bid on english keywords so yeah I think you would have more duces with English version of your site.

This might be the reason. Maybe your niche is not compititive enough to get high value clicks. Also your site is an English one or using your native language ?

These days with all Google algorithm changes Its better to have your own set of buffer sites between your money site and backlinks. This was if something goes wrong you can drop that buffer site and remove links to yr monetary site. Then can build a new buffer site using same content.

I think Amazon is they easy method but its not something which would give you instant money. But it can give you a stable income once it get going. You have to keep trying at least 3 months before giving up a method. Also you need to find the reason why its not working for you before giving it...

PBN links would be bad as tier 1 if those are not from niche related sites ?
