I honestly use Blogger for most my niches to get them started (test them out) I try 3 different niches and which ever one performs best I focus on that one. I used to use x10hosting for my niches. Not sure if they're still good, but they were GREAT! Back then!

$50 is ALOT for 50 tools. It'd be too much to manage. I'd sell like 10-15 as users can probably master everyone. Pick the best 10-15 tools. Or tbh, 10-15 is still alot. 5-8 tools work well for $50. Most people want quality over quanity!
