Taking into account the fact the most of Pinterest traffic is coming from mobile devices, not sure how a big URL in description would look like in little pins.

If you have a decent number of followers, a 'promo exchange 'deal can be worked out with a users that have high influence...or multiple users that have same level of followers as you.
