Nah, I don't buy this. Even with the right tags, timings and content its near impossible to get it done. And you have a SM company and don't exchange powerlikes internally? Don't buy this as well. Explain this: Why are your accounts following a shitload of obvious fakes?

That was actually my next question, as I was pretty sure you would experience this. Low reach and getting (out of your control) fake followers go hand in hand.....I can't put a finger on that one to be honest.

Nice reply, but I would keep it more simple. His account is flagged/limited/throttled/ghosted. Sitting with 140K his reach should be way higher, the tags are non-relevant in this case and won't quadruple his reach.
