The unlisted method is when you upload a video and put it on unlisted instead of public, do the things I explained in my previous post, and set it to public after. It gives a huge boost in rankings. (Search for it to get a more detailed explenation)

Retention turns into Watch Time after the viewer is done with your video or has closed it. So when you buy likes and the bot instantly closes your video, 0 seconds of watch time get added to the Watch Time of your video which is neither good or bad. YouTube ranks by total Watch Time and not by Retention % and thus buying likes does make your average Retention go down but doesn't hurt your ranking.

What's with the title, description and tags? Are they being copied too?
