Make your backlink profile natural looking before pointing 301's. Would you trust an e-shop if it only had 301 backlinks? or even if it has only wikipedia links? probably won't, so does the Google

Alexa rank is probably the easiest to play metric, so don't trust it too much.

Agree with above posts, DA remains until the backlinks that are holding it are indexed. PA 1 and no tf/cf is not good. None of the metrics are perfect of course but usually good domain has all those aforementioned metrics at good level

You should avoid linkfarms not only on directories but generally too on every type of backlink. Don't use huge directories btw, try something where google probably isn't hunting on ;)

Custom made bots are always the best bet if you know how to code. Writing programs is free :)

I'd say go with multiple keywords if they are similar. Like "buy facebook likes" and "buy likes on facebook". If you google those 2 phrases you will see results are almost identical (At least that's the case in my location lol). Obviously "Buy facebook likes" and "get free facebook likes"...
