You mean the affiliate link? You don't put that in your popads campaign. Put it in your landingpage, host it and run a popads campaign on your landingpage

You need a hosting plan to host them online, free hosting won't cut it. The LP's are lightweight basic html with JS, so no need for stuff like CMS. These landingpages are so lightweight that they won't be the bottleneck in your loading speed, your hosting plan probably will be. In any case...

Do you have a hosting plan? If you have one, download the landing page as a .zip file and unpack the content of the zipfile on the server. Make sure that the files in directories (e.g. CSS) go in the same directories on the server.
