Natasha, as a reseller, can I target geo and niche like end users on your home page, or only select pop-unders? I find it confusing when comparing your home page and reseller panel... :) Can you explain what are the differences as I ordered 5.000 mixed visits, but there was no targeting at all?

You should do some split testing, try couple of them at the same time. I had great results with RevenYou before.

I see from your site you're somewhat lazy. It's news site, you need at least 5-10 articles per day. One article per day or in five days is not enough for user to come back, at least not soon. :) Categories would help a bit also, but there is not enough articles for that.

Well, this one is much better. Is that domain really necessary to stand below main words? Anyway, on website you'll want some moto in place of website url. It seams very empty with nothing under main words, maybe because of light font...

Did you tried to switch from 3G to 2G/edge if possible on that device? Is there any difference? Maybe it's network related, low coverage of 3G... Maybe to call your mobile operator and see if someone else had the similar problem...

It doesn't make sense. Maybe they want to make important links more important and weaker links more weaker but they can't make them useless.

Remember that beside IP, they can see COMPUTER_NAME if you're not using some web based e-mail.
