^If they have been around for 2 years, then they will surely pay, just look at the history of the threads of BHW, when a network misses its payment by a day, people started to go nuts saying it's a scam network, recent was installrex yet they paid everyone including me.

How long does it takes to get account approved ?

I'm testing out revenue hits for now, will report back in a day or two.

I've also applied for purebits, since past couple of days, monetize is showing alot of problems, low installs despite the increase in traffic.
