There are still ways to find good domains... i found one recently that has many links from wikipedia and is a killer ...make a python bot to scrape all external links from a big database of Wikipedia Links (scraped from google) . Scan those domains ..i get even 30-60k unique domains sometimes...

I'd say $100 is good to start not 10$ ... on an atleast $50 commission products you need only 2 sells....3 to make a profit....if CPC is $1 ..with $10, if you get 10 clicks means nothing. But, if you can put $10 and make a single sell..thats interesting to look at on raising your budget ...
