I use only wordpress. Google like this cms and indexed new sites after 3-10 days. So no sense to add new pages and posts to index. Just do 5-8 nofollow/dоfоllоw comments from trust sites and your website will be indexed every 3-5 days. It's worked.

I have website with download traffic and use only 1 ads. CTR ~8-10%, sometimes ~12%. When I tested right sidebar my CTR was nearly 0.5-1%. So... I don't need 2 or 3 and more ads. Very important role here - usability your website and traffic (niche).
