You can create an rss feed at feedrinse. Then go to IFTTT and create a recipe, Feedrinse to Wordpress. Super simple.

If you're posting from wordpress based website, then I recommend using nextscripts social network auto poster. If you're not posting from website I would go with IFTTT.
