Okay, deleted plugin and uploaded it via site, instead of ftp. One built in theme AL1 is appeared, but if i choose other, or try to import products (which are failing) - it dissapears and resets to default.

Hello! Bought this plugin and... it does not work on my site. Products does not importing and default themes are not visible in theme selection. I've contacted with support, but it doesn't offered any help. Confused.
