stuff like this frustrates me. over the years, after only a couple of times running into junk like this I realized what it was. now, any time I run into ANYTHING remotely similar to this I make it a point to not follow a link and to flag it as many ways as possible.

This seller is RIDICULOUS. OBVIOUSLY does not have his customers best interests at heart. Getting him to even answer a question is a total act of congress.
