I usually look at videos uploaded today (or this week, depending on type on niche) and see how many different channels are uploading this niche daily. If there are too many people uploading and none getting views then i skip it.

You dont even need to contact them to reset license, just install followliker on your new pc and hit start, then it will ask do you want to reset license. Then just go to the link it gives and they should send a email to your where you can reset your license. I have done this multiple times
