The funny thing is that they lowered their payout to CPC: $0.008 US / $0.002 CA/UK/AU and after the announcement raised it to CPC: $0.010 US / $0.002 CA/UK/AU. All the big timers (1 million Twitter followers +) are still using ChaCha so something fishy is going on. This is pure speculation...
