Like justchillin sayd, I've never tried it but it should work. and if you are using FL you blacklist the users you unfollow, there is a check-box for that.

You can scrape from how many different sources (persons follwers, hashtags etc) as you want. First you "scrape user" and choose for example followers from AAA, Then you save that list, upload the list of the users to "scrape photo". after that you like them.

I have done it plenty of times, but i would not recommend it, just to be safe. Probably I'm just paranoid, but i try to do it without being connected to another Wifi when i do it - Mobile/4G internet only, just so they can't see that you are on 2 different places/wifi at the same time..
