Did you try deleting the "Followings" List in FL, set "unfollow after" to 0 days and uncheck "don't unfollow followers". That way FL will go through your followings and create the list anew. Maybe that works.

I did it with followliker and had the same range as you the last few days which is enough for me. Glad to hear that things are working again in some way.

I just tried it out. ~450 and extremely short delays and no block. Just wanted to see if I could go over 350 which has been the limit where the temp block would usually kick in for me.

I also could do 642 unfollows today. Didn't try more yet. Hope everything is back to normal again.
