You'd be treading harsh water to prove a medical procedure was unnecessary just fyi. There would be a long process to do this and many questions would need to be answered. You'd probably end up in a legal case over that and then you'd need to determine whether or not it is worth it...

Interesting I'm sure I'd run across many things that I've seen. People are an interesting bunch to say the least. What are you trying to say in the OP? That's what we are questioning. Are you trying to get us to agree with something?
I worked for a doctor for 6 years and the a big reason we might give an Rx is because it's expected of us. I remember one time a lady said she had problems with her eyes... well she was self medicating with CAT eye drops and it caused her eyes to become irritated and dilated - heck if it's good...
Good to know; I don't have an ipad but I have an iphone maybe I'll try on that and see what happens. The low volume is on my regular pc watching through chrome.

I've enjoyed this course so far. I am about lecture 77 or so. I have 2 suggestions:
1) Boost the volume a bit
2) or put a very soft music track in the back. There are times when I didn't know if i remembered to turn my volume up or if the audio was gone because the subtitles went a bit fast...
