There is supposedly a form accessible by a minority and it's bit like Facebook's request form. You have to get someone with access to that form to request verification for you. If you search "tei hodges twitter verify" on YouTube, you'll see what I mean.

This question is mainly for the buyers. After the subs have been applied to the account, do people begin to watch your videos and subscribe? Or do you guys see little to no change? I'm interested in purchasing but it would look odd to have loads of subscribers and not the views to match.

Say you pay for that person to send the request to Twitter and they decide not to verify the account. Can that Twitter handle be submitted again at a later date or do you only get the one chance? I wonder if anyone could shed some light on that.

I don't think they're allowed to give it out hence the price those who have access to it sell at.
