Thanks for not answering my question after taking the time to answer yours. You might not believe it, but probably 12 out of 100 on here would believe that sending spamlinks could actually result in them doing X, Y or Z. I'll try to ignore your future posts and good luck finding someone else...

I'm with @judaculla on this one... at least collect the emails for now until you either find a solution or another way to monetize the traffic. Since you are located in the UK and can't legally ship the items, maybe it's time to outsource that part to someone not living in the UK? Find a partner...

Did you have a lawyer write the c&d or did you write it on your own... if so and your grammar/spelling was as bad as in the op, I would've ignored it too. If you got a lawyer to send it, let that same lawyer proceed. I have no idea why you think 'sending spam links' is going to make them take...
