Bad advise - Buying followers is better than the follow/unfollow approach. In my experience, the follow/unfollow approach is very much more likely to get you banned. ​Getting mass followers in bulks in an organic fashion is key, in my experience.

I dont think that is really what they do.. If you have ever been around Twitter, and joined followchains, then you can only brace yourself from the barrage of spam. I dont think it is scalable.
