Your bank card is registered in one address. Your eBay / PayPal account is registered in stealth info. Of course you can't add your bank card, you need to use something like Entropay

Find a legit product to sell, get a website going, use AMAZON and eBay to enhance sales and play the game with these marketplace sites. Run hundreds of accounts, who cares, they're getting their money.

You can buy new accounts with 500-1000 items, for about $300. Why would you spend $20,000 on an aged one? I would rather run 100 accounts

1000 item eBay accounts are available in the UK. Seems eBay is starting to adopt the US method with opening selling limits on accounts. 500 items and 1000 items are becoming common if you know how to open them.
