You should look into agent services like bhiner or yoybuy. They act like proxies, might be your best bet.

Not a lot of people do this anymore, but choosing to highlight the listing or using a bold listing really does have an impact on the algorithm ebay uses for sorting best match listings. It does cost money but worth a shot!
