I made 8 so far. 6 of them are "quality" (random scheduled posts with 100+ words, about me, contact me pages, aged) Out of those 6 I populated 3 of them with an 600+ word article targeting a keyword on my money site. Looking to create more everyday. For now I will be making 1 web2.0 per keyword...

Major Update 08.04.20: I have been quite lazy when it comes to writing articles lately. Only done 2 in the past 5 days. Anyhow, I set up more Web2.0 lately and managed to start my link building. I am using GSA SER at the moment for my tier 1 links (building links to tier1, so basically tier2)...

In my opinion you are just wasting resource doing this. Your goal is to get them follow you, that is all that matters, how much they engage depends on the quality of your content and not if you like their photos or not.

Depends on how long he has been running adsense on his site. Adsense will slowly "learn" what your page is about and therefor display more related ads. Also depends on your traffic I guess, not sure about this though.

Hey, I suggest you to set the following ratio to 0. Also don't ignore users that are private. As for scraping users and photos you really should target a specific audience (lets say your account is about cars, you could follow bmw's followers and like their photos). Forget about commenting

That is actually a good sign if they are just following you :) What you will have to look out for are spam bots (usually the comment bs under your pics). You will have to delete them so that your account looks clean.

Hi, I don't know if I'm getting this right or not: So with the tier 2 I just build links to my web2.0 which are contextual. Then I build spam links (tier 3) directly to my web2.0​ (tier 1)?

So, lets say I have a aged (1 month old) web2.0 with some articles on it (just some fluff bs not real content). How many links do you guys suggest me to link back to my site? I am going with 1 link per article, but how many articles can I have on each web2.0 to be safe?
