I haven't used hashtags in months but since you guys recommended it I only used them yesterday and saw that I'm shadowbanned. Should I log out of my account for 1 week and not post anything at all? If yes, wouldn't that kill my engagement ?

I've tried hashtags but only got bot followers tbh and my engagement started dropping. But when I stoped using hashtags my posts would do better lol
