Is there a tool(s) that allows you to research local searches? Volumes, exact phrases, etc? So if I picked a city and/or county, I could see the top 200 searches, etc in that area.

I do not know how accurate it is, but semrush offers this data in their dashboard. They offer a free trial, but I think you have to put in a cc(?). I know there are more, but I have only used semrush.

GA is great no doubt, but I would think that you would NOT want to use it on your PBN sites, right? But you still want to see traffic, referrers, etc Am I wrong on this?

Can/should your money sites (diff industries) have diff: IPs? registered owners? registrar info?

Depending upon how techie you are, visual web ripper has a 14 day free trial & several video tutorials on how to use it. if you can code at all (especially Python), selenium ode can be used to scrape quite nicely. If you are hitting YP often, then invest in a proxy service.

You can also use an iframe tag. If you search for iframe tag and go to the W3schools page, very easy to see that you can include another file in the iframe and control the size, scrollbars, etc. This is how many online form systems (like wufoo, jotforms, etc) work.
