Oh i didn't realize it was through ebay, yeah that would be smart then to just check out the feedback of the buyer in question, at least you have some idea of who your dealing with.

Im not a expert on this but my buddys GF was saying she subscribed to something on amazon or something like that which Notifys her of any changes of price to the item in question so she can then be prepared ahead of time

Most people who have opened disputes with me get there paypal accounts Locked so unless its a stealth account i doubt its very effective they'd ban you quick, also that's really a scum bag move
