Philero 123, You cant just read a bad review on a network and believe it blindly. did you ever question WHO behind the screen in writing the review and WHY? Could be some guy who had a bad day or a competiotor network.

From my understanding, its not about the rates the networks are claiming to pay you per install, but its how good the installer converts. so Im assuming the installer you are using does not convert well.
