What do you think I could flip them for? I have a price in mind, but would like to hear some other peoples views.

I own 'clickbankadvice' and 'clickbank101' both with the dot com extension. Are these worth anything? Or would it be more worth my time building these up into a profitable website? (Which I have no experience doing) I am not trying to sell them on here. Just looking for advice. Cheers, Tyler
