I've used some images from google without problems. Though I try to "make" my own images in photoshop, sometimes I don't have time and/or creativity. Just be sure not to use any brand names or logos! Otherwise will be fine :) Good luck man!

Man after reading your post I think you are on the right track to burn money. 7k keywords? really? Those extra visitors you mentioned are just a way to loose money and nothing more. You will get absolutely no return on investment from them... If you are now to adwords I suggest to start learning...

Learn how to structure a campaign, how to target it in order to get the message to the right audience. Do a lot of keyword research, Always keep your ads relevant for the keywords and your landing page relevant for your ads - this is the most important aspect when getting the quality score...
