Just charge the customer on front. That is the most easy solution. Of course you will get scammed this way. When your customer has given you some trust over time, you could do otherwise. But new ones, charge them before you spend any money on their ads.

It's fake man. With the technology these days, every image/video can be manipulated. The new threshold is $10. NOBODY, I repeat NOBODY is able to get any higher than that. So just please stop wasting your time. And do not get scammed.
