How many posts would you recommend for a new site?

If I submit 5000 links at once, will they all be indexed at the same time or will you split them into smaller sections to index throughout the day, or better still do you have the option to control this?

If you haven't changed your permalink structure of your posts then should be fine. It is sometime a good idea to noindex the various hierarchies that would all either give the same content.

Its enough but also try to add posts without links to make them look natural. The idea is to make them similar to a money site with actual value to end visitors.
