But how would facebook know any different weather or not you gathered the ids from personal ap or free site like lagimales. There is no way to tell where the ID's were gathered from. -

actually facebook does not mind because they benefit from it. Facebook give you an option to upload UIDS to use for the ad campaign on a like page -
