RemoveLikes is the only thing I've found that will do this in bulk for you. It's pretty new software so it's a little wonky but it works. The creator is really helpful and gets back to you really quickly.

Nice technique. I'd also suggest promoting something not only within FB's policy, but also something you can feel good about promoting. It's not just about revenue, IMHO :)
Even more than the ad copy, I often test multiple ad sets only changing the bidding style (CPC, CPM, pay per website click, pay per page like, etc.)
Once you're scraping a highly targeted audience, in theory your CTR should be really high, making CPM give you the lowest cost per conversion...
If you go into ad manager and create your target audience there, you can put in the name of any town or zip code, then hit the drop down to do +10 miles etc.
you can sign up at hosting companies like fatcow, request your free fb coupon, then ask for refund within 30 days.
A little bit of leg work but yields $50 coupon for $0. Also probably tough to scale.
Are there any details on this at the moment? Is it against FB policy to scrape or to "use" scraped UIDs? Also, how would they ever know if your list was scraped?
