@Gyoyo, If your CTR is ZERO, work on your website Title and Meta Description tags. Make them SEO optimized as well as enticing/interesting enough for the search user to click on YOUR WEBSITE LINK. If your main keyword is ranking within top 30, there should be other related long tail keywords...

yes these links are not shown in GSC... but then GSC does not show us all backlinks... if the spam link is indexed than that's an issue and its better to disavow these spam links...
