You really have to be careful with the content you use for this method. I tried something similar and within an hour the people whose content I re-posted on the website contacted me asking me to take it down. I linked to the original source and made it clear on the site that it wasn't original...

I have played around with this method and done OK, but I don't think my designs are great so it didn't convert all that well for me. I looked around on Fiverr for someone to create some, but only found a couple... which I guess makes sense since they could just make their own campaigns.
