someone shared my page from their scoop.it account, and now every time they bookmark another site, i get an additional link from their profile im now up to 83 links from scoop.it and the number keeps growing indefinitely, can this present a problem with Penguin and hurt my rankings?

there are billions of websites on the web, and i can't imagine that getting a manual review is a high probability occurrence. does it usually happen to bigger sites with a large backlink profile? or can it happen to new sites with few backlinks also?

personally i think its ok in small quantities

how many bad links does it take to have a negative impact on a sites ranking? dozens or hundreds?
