I've seen it here in Spain too... People with less than 1k subscribers uploading a video and then TRENDING (getting more than 1M views) even if the like-dislike ratio are 1:2 (it has 2k dislikes for each 1k like) everyone wondering WHY is it there, reporting etc and 3 days after, still on...
