Most smaller accounts will have a Kik account in their bio, ask these people if they wish to buy shoutouts for cheap. It's time consuming finding all these similar pages and asking them, but it helps build a customer base and once you have a lot of followers the customers will come to you

I agree with this. I've been trying to buy accounts/shoutouts and it just seems a tad bit cluttered. A separate section for this would make things more organized
