I have got temporary blocks, but never got a ban for my clients' accounts. I did get a few ban for my disposal accounts when I was testing the limit. You just need to follow the instruction to get your account back. I bought the full version. :)

You just ignore & block him, he sounds like a spammer to me. I repost other users' pics all the time and never got a complain. I always put their Ins handles in caption, and sometimes, they thanked me for featuring their images lol. You "repost" with credit to the original poster, not "steal".

Try to retweet 2-3 tweets per day for 3-5 days, and see if your limit is lifted or not.
