Sometimes MassPlanner will think there are no more sources to follow when it's simply the proxy that is unavailable. So, check that account's proxy first.

You can delete a post from MassPlanner. Just go into your account's tools, and select "Delete posts". If your account has other posts you don't want to delete, you can delete a specific post.
